We started enjoying the first crop of the year. Lettuce, beets, and swiss chard. We have tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, and kale seedlings in the ground. Sam also built two more raised beds and set them in the front yard. We are killing the grass under them right now, and will then fill them with dirt and start planting more.

Just ate our first yellow squash last night....up to my ears in lettuce. Beans have buds, and there are some little green tomatoes. won't be long now (I hope)
